Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Spruce does and does not provide refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
Spruce is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time to stop all future billing, but the current period is non-refundable once it has begun, because real hosting, software, and work cost is incurred to deliver it.
When we do refund
We will refund a charge when:
- you were charged but no service was delivered for that period;
- you were charged twice, or charged by accident;
- a technical failure on our side prevented delivery and we could not fix it.
When we don't refund
To keep the service sustainable, we do not refund for:
- change of mind, or simply not using what you paid for;
- partial or unused time in a billing period after you cancel;
- work that has already been delivered to you;
- dissatisfaction with results we never guaranteed, such as rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@sprucesite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access and delivery through that date.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback on a valid, delivered charge instead of contacting us is a breach of our Terms, and we may dispute it with our records and end your access.
